I ordered a phone reference xxxxxxxxxxxxx on Thursday I haven’t received any update at all just the confirmation email please advise as to what is happening with my order

Hi, I want to amend my order that I have just placed. Can someone help please?I am upgrading my wifes sim only to a phone and sim contract for xmas... no help provided over the phone as I am not the named account holder.Thanks.
