Hi, My phone was stolen yesterday so I called last night to block the current sim and I upgraded my Contract at the same time to provide me with a phone. I was told that it would be delivered today. However, i have had no Order Confirmation sent via email, my account details regarding the plan have not been updated, it is still showing my old phone. So i have nothing to be able to track this with. What can i do?

Youll receive a text message from DPD with your delivery. If you cannot use EE order tracking then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

I dont have a phone to be able to receive a text? Customer Services provided me with a tracking number but it says those details are incorrect?

Assumed from your original post you had access to another device.
If the tracking number is incorrect you will need to contact EE CS again via live chat.

You need the DPD tracking number to check DPD.

@KLS3815 , if you have given DPD your email address, then you will receive notification via email. I take it you have the DPD app? You can also keep a look-out via their app.
