No order update

Hi there, I ordered an upgraded iPhone 14 pro on 23rd September and it said that it would be dispatched within 1 day but I have not received any further updates. I have tried to track my phone but it says that it 'cant show my order details right now...

iPhone 14 pro max

It’s saying on my tracking it’s expected to be delivered from 28-30 September but yet it’s saying it’s in stock online I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for this phone now will it arrive tomorrow   then if it says it’s in stock on the EE website

Upgrade

Hi, I upgraded my phone on Saturday and was just wondering when the phone will arrive? I have logged into my EE account and it is not showing that I have upgraded? Can you please confirm it has gone through and the phone is on its way? 

ordered the wrong phone model

Ordered the wrong phone via the site thought i was getting the 14 pro but just got the 14 would i be able to swap it?
