hi, i bought a new phone from you and have now received it, however i have not received the screen protector and case, when will i receive please?

you say 14-30 days what happens if i drop it?? surely it should arrive with the phone? that's not very helpful or the response i was expecting.

i bought a 14 from you and a screen protector and a case, you have not delivered the protector or the case, when will this be?
