hi, i bought a new phone from you and have now received it, however i have not received the screen protector and case, when will i receive please?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

you say 14-30 days what happens if i drop it?? surely it should arrive with the phone? that's not very helpful or the response i was expecting.
