I upgraded my account on 09/08. Included was a new phone. Said delivery dispatch within 24 hours. 12/08 today and STILL no information on dispatch or delivery. No new emails, tracker just says I will receive a txt. Only txt was about not setting up my new spend cap on the 10/08. 

What do I do now?

Welcome to the community,

Do you have the DPD app? You can keep an eye on it, you will receive a text the evening before delivery and another one with a one hour delivery on the day. Deliveries are not normally done over the weekend, if you are at all concerned, you can ring customer service and they can take a look for you.

What phone, colour and storage size did you order? EE staff may be able to let you know if there is a delay if any.

Make sure that the DPD app has the same details as EE have.

However you need to seriously look into who you get to deliver. App says they have tried to deliver already. I have had NO text from you or DPD. NO email from you or DPD. NO phone call from you or DPD. 

For such a large company it's such a poor way to work, almost embarrassing.

If DPD couldn't deliver there will be a photo of the attempted delivery. They normally try one more as per the DPD app. 

Very unusual that you never received any text as DPD are keen on ensuring packages are delivered.

Has DPD advised if the device will be redelivered or has this been returned to us?

This was what I got when I set up DPD app. They tried but I was at work. No txt, email or phone. It then said they would deliver it on Monday. That then changed by itself to Saturday. Then after checking in app it said due to problems it would not be delivered. Then as of 11:40pm last night it changed to being delivered today. I have now had a txt with a time. For a pricey item it seems abit hit or miss with DPD. Screenshot_20230813-113824.png
