Hi peeps I need the email address for likewise. As having emails from ee saying trade in phone not received. Ee call centre gave me the email address but I wrote it down wrong. I need to send proof of sending via post and the imei number and serial number are different to ee records due to that phone being replaced under apple care. Cheers.
