I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max yesterday and received no confirmation email although the upfront payment which was £30 was take from my account. Any idea what’s going on?

What colour and memory size did you go for?
Did the phone show in stock?
Are you able to try downloading the DPD and entering your delivery details?

Have you received a confirmation via text?
Your My EE account will update once the order has been dispatched, the plan and contract dates will change and you will get a text to let you know.
If you would like to make sure the order has been processed and request the tracking reference number for the online order tracker, you can give EE a call on 150.

I’m literally not with EE at the moment yesterday was the first to do a contract with them so the number I’m using currently is not with EE. So I don’t know if that is interfering with anything.
Also it said next day delivery when I ordered and I ordered it yesterday so does that mean I’m still getting it today ?

In this case you would need to call the EE sales team on 0800 956 6000 who will be able to check up on your order.
Next day delivery applies if your order was placed before 8:30pm yesterday. If so, then you should receive it today.

I tried to call EE and it’s nog working out.
I'm not really sure what to do at the moment. If my order is being delivered today or should I go into the store ?
