Roaming anywhere!? What a joke

Can anyone help us?EE added roaming anywhere to our account & we’ve been in US for a week & Cannot connect to anyone or anything unless hotel wifi. absolute joke. any suggestions appreciated  thanks 

Resolved! Silent Voicemail messages

Since 19 May I have received 3 "voicemail" messages where the voicemail has been silent. No corresponding number is registered on my phone as being received to match with the time of the "voicemail". Why is this happening and how can it be stopped?

No service message

Keep getting a No Service message while in UAE. Pop up message directs me to Settings or Dismiss but doesn’t allow me to access either. when I eventually get into Settings there is nothing that I can do to access any local provider. Relying totally o...

Txt scam ?

Got a text message this morning from “Unknown “ telling me to switch off then on my phone to update network settings!! Is this a scam as it feels like it to me. Surly if it was genuine then it would of been from EE ?

Date Roaming Abroad

I'm in Spain and have enabled my data roaming on my phone and changed settings in my ee. But phone still not working without WIFI.  I can't text 150 as I'm not on the network.  Can you enable data roaming on my account
