I was on the phone for 45 minutes on hold yesterday w EE and nothing. I’ve been trying to use Voi scooters but when trying too put my Mobil number in Voi app for them to send me a code it doesn’t work, I spoke to Voi (excellent customer service, they replied straight away) the problem is w EE. I don’t want to be on hold for another 45 minutes.

@atavi73 EE can not control to amount of calls they receive so unfortunately when customer services are busy there is a waiting time before they can take your call.

The waiting time is 30 minutes, I was on hold for 45 minutes and no one answered my call

Hi James,
thanks for getting back to me. My phone number is still the same, I can received calls and txt messages. I contacted Voi and they told me the problem is with EE not with them. I restarted the Mobi many times, I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again and nothing.

If you're receiving other texts as normal and you haven't had any recent number changes, the issue is likely to be at the senders end.
