Message from abroad

Hello I Just add on to my plan 100 message to my account but is no working, need to answear to my bank in uk and im in Poland now, why is no working?

Welcome to the community.

The 100 text message add-on allows you to text UK mobile numbers. Is it a mobile number that you're trying to text back?

If it's not an 07 UK number, then it would be a chargeable text, which is maybe why it isn't working. If you have a spend cap, you may need to amend it.

The number is in uk now Yes, but start 07...my soend cap is 10 pounds just
set up now, dont now why is no working..

No, just try to my wife phone number and no working on the beggining is 0044 is that correct? Or maybe should be +44

Try with just the 07 at the beginning too.

Nothing... Still no working, should I have on some extra option? , dont
know what more can help
