I have same issue. Existing SIM is giffgaff and works just perfectly. However I now want a second line (this for business) and my firm has sent me a QR code for EE. This gets stuck at the final 'activating' stage. Has happened with three different QR codes. Any clues why??

Have you tried the steps on this eSIM for EE Business help page? If you're still not able to activate it through there, I recommend speaking with our Business support team so they can check everything from our side.
