Resolved! new customer for pay months have to start with physical sim?

I am trying to order Full Works SIM 24M T 24 months contract. As a new customer.But there's nowhere a question if I want an esim.   Do I have to first receive a physical sim?  do I have to pay after that to get an esim instead?
