Hello!
On friday I noticed the back of my phone had swollen (I assumed this was a swollen battery) so I went into my local EE shop to get it sent off for repair.
I was advised/ told if it was nessesary to remove and keep a hold of my SIM card.
Does anyone know if they send the SIM card back with the fixed phone?
Thanks!

The store should have made sure that the SIM was removed from the phone before being booked in, and the repair documents require both a signature from yourself the Guide in the store to confirm this.
I would advise contacting the store to enquire and see if they can liaise with the repair centre to ensure the correct procedure is followed and that you're aware of what's happening with it.

Hi @Amyparky97
I would assume so but if you are unsure contract the EE store concerned.
Thanks
