I have been in Canada for the last 2 weeks and been using my phone fine. I had the add on which allowed worldwide roaming. This afternoon (around 3pm local time in British Columbia) my phone stopped working. It has no network signal, and I wonder if this is linked to the ee service interruption in the U.K. My wife is also on ee but does not have the add on so we don’t want to use her phone but she does have signal. I have tried turning off and on and other steps suggested in other discussions. The numbers provided all say the office is now closed in the U.K., any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Yeah, I have the same problem here in Toronto, lost signal around 6PM local time.
I’ve tried resetting my network settings and phone but neither seem to work. However when I turn on and off airplane mode a couple of times it did get some bars before disconnecting shortly after. One of those times I got 4G.

EE UK network had issues yesterday such may have impacted roaming. It seems to be fixed now. Try restarting your device.
Thanks

Still no luck connecting to a network in Montreal Plenty of data left and have tried turning phone on and off and turning mobile data on and off and airplane mode on and off, still no connection. What is going on?

Yeah, I still have no connection here in Toronto, I’ve tried restarting my phone and turning on and off airplane mode but still nothing.
I’m going to assume whatever fix happened in the uk yesterday has broken the international travel coverage.

EE help have confirmed it must be linked to their outages and they are working to restore services🤞
