My phone is a 14 Pro Max and i got it from EE.
I went to Japan for two weeks and before I leave UK, I manually turned off the eSIM I am currently using to avoid unexpected roaming charges, however when I was backed to UK yesterday, trying to turn on my eSIM, no signal was found, I have tried to reboot my phone, reset my network setting still no luck, so finally I decided to completely erased my iPhone.
Unfortunately after I erased my iPhone, I have found that the ‘adding eSIM’ function was disappeared from the phone, the Eid was disappeared in the system setting and even the physical sim was showing ‘off’ and cannot turn on. Went to the EE shop and the staff just gave me a physical sim but cannot fix my problem, and the Apple specialist told me to ask my carrier as they should be able to fix the problem, just wonder what I can do to restore the phone? Thanks

Hi there @kidney1985
Thanks for coming to the community.
Has the physical SIM card been registered when the store provided this? If so, when the physical SIM card is installed can you manually search for the EE network in the iPhone settings?
Speak soon 🙂
