Hi, I just subscribed to Apple Watch plan but I am struggling to make it work.I need to activate the Cellular plan but EE website is asking me for eSim Serial Number 12 to 14 character. Not sure where I find this on my Apple Watch. anyone encountered...

I have roaming package and I cannot make/receive calls / texts to from the UK. What could be the problem. Any suggestions please?

Hi, I can’t connect to a network either. I have tried all the steps and made sure roaming was on. I cannot text / call to find out what the problem is. Please can you help? Thanks

Will I get charged to use my phone In Germany, France, Belgium and Holland? Iv read I can add on for £2 a day but don’t know how to and can’t get through to an advisor
