Hello, it is the same for me, I got the pay as you go sim only package and have activated it since yesterday (by sending a text to someone) however, my data is not working at all. As per my EE account I still haven’t used any of my data allowance.

Can you text AL to 150 and let us know what you get returned?

Hi, so when I send AL, all I get is a rundown of what is in my package as follows: 

Your current balance as of today 15:57 is £0.00. You have 498 minutes, unlimited texts and 5.0GB remaining until 14/11/2022 for your £10 Pack. Your remaining data includes of rolled over data. Your last top up was £10.00 on 13/10/2022 at 14:08. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee

I use an iPhone 13 and have already installed the latest update for the software

Can you try restarting your phone?

Hi again! So I turn off of my phone at least 3 times and turned off and on airplane mode and it’s actually working now. I also deleted the vpn that was related to my former network provider’s data function, so I think that helped.
