No data in the USA

Hi,Bought roaming pass for holiday. Got to states, no network/data. Can only use wi-fi when available. Checked account and roaming is active. Tried all community suggestions and nothing works, can anyone help ?

No service in France

I had a roaming cap on and have been on holiday in France. After the cap came into force I phoned EE asking for the cap to be removed. Spoke to technical support and call got cut off. Since then no signal whatsoever to my phone let alone mobile data....
