No USA 4G connection - Samsung

No network available in the USA. In a remote area with only 4G available but I have no option to select 4G. My phone works fine in Europe.

Can’t make calls from france

I can receive calls, I can send messages, get email, internet etc but can’t make calls. Ee’s online content sends me round and round in circles how do I get this sorted and fast please - any bell appreciated
