Ee wifi hotspot

Are the ee wifi hotspots now live as it doesn't let me set this up but it shows its active on the my ee app

I cant use my phone abroad with data roaming switch on am unable to phone or tex

VoLTE

OK So I have VoLTE, and calls seem fine on it. If I am not using google or anything, I can turn off my WiFi and my mobile data without affecting calls right?

Hii bought the £10 monthly roam abroad deal.to activate do I enable the data roaming? I know that sounds daft as obviously I do need roaming BUT DOES IT RECOGNISE MY PLAN? Or dies it default to the £2 per day
