I am In Poland I have Poland included in my pack for no additional charges but my phone won't work, my husband is on my contract also and I'm having to hot spot off him?

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

Thanks for coming back to us.
If you have a pay monthly account and currently abroad, could you check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Call abroad, do they show as ticked?
