Help. I am on holiday in Florida and paid £10 to be able to roam and use my phone here. I am totally clueless when it comes to phones and any time I try to use my phone it says not registered on network.
Any advice or suggestions please.

@CazzEilidh2011 purchasing any add ons doesn’t enable roaming on your account as this is a separate feature. You need to enable roaming on your account so you can use your device abroad. The add on you have just means you can use your tariff allowance while there. Open the my EE app and click MOBILE PLAN scroll to the bottom and click CHECK SETTINGS and select hen click ENABLE ROAMING. Restart the device and that should be it. It can though take up to 24h to activate. ( it probably won’t and it’s probably only going to be a few minutes)

@CazzEilidh2011 , just to add to what @Chris_B has written, make sure that call abroad and premium calls are also enabled. If you are unable to do so, then you can ring EE using Skype via their free number:
