Ive got data and minutes but cant use either

Today i bought a SIM.  15GBP for 15 GB data, plus unlimited text and minutes. i cant make calls... get a message i have no credit. I can receive calls but it's unclear whether it is free. I cant use data.... get a message I have to use WiFi. Why cant...

Call forwarding

Hi. If I set up call forwarding as I am going somewhere with no WiFi and no signal but it does have a landline. Does the forwarding just come from my call allowance? I will be in UK. Hoping I can st it up but not have any extra charges to my account

Relocating to France

I am moving to France to live and need to keep my mobiles with EE as my contract does not expire for 18 months. I do not want to keep paying roaming charges, what can be done ?

Resolved! Phoning my mums landline from the EU - it does not ring for her
