Hi.
I'm finding it impossible to get through to a human being to reset this. The visual text only offers the choice of switching VM on and off, the auto options on the phone do the same. I've even hit the choice for "thinking of leaving us" and got disconnected after 21 minutes of being in a queue (that kept assuring me my wait time was 7 minutes).
Given that EE insist on you speaking to someone to reset this, why isn't it an option within the VM menu when you call 150? No I do not want you to hang up and send me a pointless text to choose YES/NO to switch it off. PLEASE I want to know how I speak to the mythical creature that can reset it for me as every option with voicemail in the name does not in fact, lead to this.
I'd really appreciate some assistance, thank you.

I am sorry to hear you have had an issue getting through for help resetting your voicemail PIN. When calling 150 select the technical support option, they will be able to reset the PIN for you.
There should be an option once selected for handset issues or any other technical support which will be the best option to select.

I assume it will be related to security that is why there is no option.
Try deactivating VM, restarting and then reactivating VM.

I need a new pin issued as it will not accept my current one. Activating/deactivating the VM does not help with that.
And yes I understand the need for security - but there should be an option that when selected takes you to the right place to achieve this. Currently every option for VM does not include an option to achieve this reset. If you select any of the IVR options to go to VM you can go no further and it will hang up and send you either a text to turn VM on and off - OR the visual companion also only offeres VM on off. There are also no options for "none of our options cover what you need so press X" to talk to a human being.
