I'm going round in circles here. So I haven't been able to listen to any of my voicemails for years, as this number is my brother's old number. All I want to do is reset my PIN.
I have tried the 150 number and then pressed 2, but it ultimately only gives me the option to activate or deactivate my voicemail which i dont want to do? There quite simply, is no option to reset it. I went into the store, and they directed me here. Someone please help!!!

Hey there @resetmypin.
Welcome to the EE Community.
Usually to reset your PIN you would need to speak with our customer care team, but provided you can complete security they should be more than happy to get this sorted for you.
When you're calling 150 is it giving you the options to speak with someone in our tech team?
Even if you end up in the wrong place, our Guides can make sure you're transferred to someone that can help.
