A two-way SIM-swap may be wise here. It will categorically identify whether the phone is at fault or not.

Test a working SIM in the non-working phone - what result?

Hi @Tenpin

Welcome to the community.

Is the number that's calling you in your block list?

Go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Blocked contacts.

When calls from specific callers are consistently being blocked, it's usually consistently with a device-level issue.

Try test calls to your phone with number withheld, see whether a "do not disturb" or "silence unknown callers" setting may be the culprit.

Otherwise - when the call hits your voicemail directly, see what number the call is from, assuming you have missed call alerts enabled. Then try intentionally blocking it in order to subsequently unblock it.

Spoke to customer support at EE

they did checks and said nothing wrong from there side

Going to put my friends phone in as a different contact number to see if my phone is the problem
