I have an account with NSI which requires two tier sign in , first on the website , then they ring and I put in the 6 digit number from my website page . But my phone doesn’t ring it just goes straight to voicemail
it use to work until the last apple update
any ideas please

Thanks for coming back to us.
If you could try deleting and re-installing the contact to see if this helps? It may also be worth trying the SIM in another phone to see if you can receive the call? This would help us to see if this follows the SIM card.

Can’t delete the contact it’s the N S I two tier identification code phone line
Going to add another phone number to my account see if that rings for the ID code phone line line

A two-way SIM-swap may be wise here. It will categorically identify whether the phone is at fault or not.

Swapped sims . Got through ok
