I have 2 iphones each with a separate ee contract (work / personal). We have Starlink but this has not been an issue to date. Wifi calling isn't working, can't call EE as no signal and no online chat service it seems. I have restarted, airplane mode off / on , reset phones..... nothing. not sure what to do now?

NOthing solid to work on here really - this is day 3 of no service - not sure how I stand on changing from EE as contracted - but surely their service needs to work

Are both lines facing the same issue with Wi-Fi calling?
If so this would rule out an account based issue.
Have you tried changing the Starlink's default DNS settings to third-party provider like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google DNS (8.8.8.8) to test?

Mine has been the same over 2 different starlinks. One i reset and this seemed to sort it out. The other at home isnt working though. I did Phone EE, they didnt seem to have a solution to this.

It is a general problem with wifi calling - it has stopped working over our fibre connection, 3 of my neighbours on EE have the same issue - they are on different internet providers and handsets. We all stopped working at the same time and it has been over 2 weeks now. Needless to say trying to report this is just proving painful

See my response above there is an issue and the help line just aren't interested. The service has blipped on twice since it went down but nothing in the last 10 days. Don't know if it is affecting locations, certain subscribers or both.

Are you using Starlink as well, or do you have a different WiFi provider?
Also when you spoke with our team, do you know if they checked to make sure the WiFi calling feature was active on your account?

Wifi is active on my account. I am not on Starlink I am on 2connect leased line, it doesn't work on starbucks wifi either I have just tested. It looks like it is not working on any internet connect that is external to the EE network, so maybe a routing or inbound firewall issue. It has worked relaibly on my internet up until early August.

Further to my previous note it works over my EE mobile hotspot. It is definately an issue with internet connections outside the EE network and it is every connection I have tried so far in last few days.
