wifi calling

I have 2 iphones each with a separate ee contract (work / personal). We have Starlink but this has not been an issue to date. Wifi calling isn't working, can't call EE as no signal and no online chat service it seems. I have restarted, airplane mode off / on , reset phones..... nothing. not sure what to do now?

Hi sort of what I said 😜

Reboot starlink from app settings and while there reboot router. I also found turning off wfi calling on iPhone in Mobile services doing a hard reset vol up then vol down the hold button on right until phone dies then after few seconds hold buttn on right to restart it and then turn wifi calling back on and you get a pop up message to confirm. 
For me that fixed it permanently.

I feel your pain Marie. I am in the same situation. Did you get anywhere with them? I'm at the point of wanting to drive to their HQ and chuck all my phones and 4g router at them! 😭

Hi 

I chased this problem down for ages with no support from Starlink and little support from EE who just kept me at support level one even though they are aware at the issue at level 2.

To deal with this problem you need to reboot Starlink. You may have to do this several times. Go StarLink and select settings. Then highlight Starlink (not router). You will then get the option to reboot. Reboot Starlink.  To test if your WiFi calling is working turn off cellular (mobile) on your phone and call someone. If the call goes through using your wireless connection then problem solved. If not reboot Starlink again. After a few attempts it should work.

Hi all

Go through the posts here back to August and September last year and you will see my posts of the same fix of rebooting Starlink AND Starlink router but also if that does work turning off wifi calling in iphone settings and doing a hard reboot as described then turning on wifi calling.

Fixed mine from August until earlier this month (week or so ago) when both our phones wouldn’t show wifi calling. Rebooting Starlink and Starlink router only fixed both without  need to do anything to either phone.
