Tenbury Wells WR6 signal

  Unreliable signal. Any explanation  why the mast keeps going down apart from the fact it'll be fixed within 16 hours. If anyone from the EE team could research the problem id be grateful. Many Thanks!

poor audio quality on EE network.

Since moving from Plusnet I get terrible audio telephone quality with EE, regardless of where i am calling or being called from. The calls don't drop, but half of my speech is missing, making each call impossible and i have to revert to other devices...
