Not registered on network

I've had my EE esim for a month and it was working fine until 4 days ago. Now I'm getting not regiwt3d on network and I'm not able to receive or send calls texts or use Data. I can't even call the customer support what do I do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your eSIM. When you go to your SIM settings what is showing? If you let me know the kind of phone you're using, I can let you know how to do this.

Is this problem location-specific or is it general?

That would alter whether it's potentially a local coverage outage, or an account-specific problem. A manual network search would also show the same.
