Data roaming won't work in Morocco

I have the 'roam abroad pass' which has worked all over Europe this summer.However since I have been in Morocco have had no data at all. Roaming is switched on. Any ideas?

unable to send text messages

Hi, I have been unable to send text messages since sometime this week, and gets the error as in the screenshot. Any resolution to this would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
