Roaming charges

Hey, I activated roaming data pass whilst here in Brazil. Been here for 2 days now, but was under the impression I received the 150mb to use until it ran out.

Online it says it’s renewed daily, why is that when I only asked for one roaming pass (150mb)?

my spend cap is also at £5 - a pass is something like £6/7 IIRC.

any advice re the 150mb expiration?

Hi @Ajaffer.

This pass is £6.85 per day for 150MB of data.

You'll only be charged on days that you actually uses data, so it you only used data on one day of being there, you'd only get charged once.

If you no longer want the pass, text STOP TRAVEL to 150.
