I have 2 EE Sims in my S21 Ultra. I get WiFi calling on one SIM, but not the other. Both SIM cards are less than one year old, and WiFi calling is enabled in the phone for both Sims.
Any suggestions?

Are both SIMs pay-monthly? Has WiFi-calling worked on both in the past?

Both are pay monthly. One is a new SIM on a huge business account, and it hasn't worked since I installed it. The other is my personal SIM which works fine.

Thanks Leanne. I tried 150 today but they are closed for corporate account help until Monday, so will try then.
I do hope that this is not because it's a corporate account SIM card, but will update the thread when I find out.

It's a corporate SIM card, issued by my employer, and it has a data bar so WiFi calling is disabled. Just means the card/phone line is a waste of time as I have no signal at home.

If you let your employer know they may be able to get this activated for you with the corporate account manager.
