Resolved! Add on roam

My son is in Amsterdam and Iv added a roam package on . It says it start immediately. But he says it’s not . How do we get it to work ?? 

No mobile data in Australia but all set up

Voicemail Number link

When i get a message to say i have a voicemail the number 22201 was a link. There is no link now just the numbers so i need to come out and into keypad then dial the number. For the life of me i cant find a setting to turn it back on or even remember...

Any advice for how to text 150 when abroad (Argentina) and roaming not working?EE don’t seem to offer email contact, or messaging - just phone (which I may be able to do over WiFi, messaging does not work over WiFi from here)
