When someone dials the phone and it is switched off they get "This person's phone is unavailable please try later" is it possible to customise it to say something else? We gave answerphone switched off as we do not want messages left.

I believe it is only possible to personalise voicemails. This would mean messages could be left.

You could achieve this by setting an "extended absence greeting" with the option to disable voicemail deposit.
