Hi I'm in the USA on holiday...I've been told by a customer services services rep that I'm on the old x20 tariff and so get free international roaming.I can not access the Internet except over WiFi...and I strongly suspect I'm being charged for phone...

Resolved! Roaming

Hi. I am off to the Canary Island for the first time outside Brexit. I am confused by the roaming charges. It says that if I pay £2.29 a day then I can use my phone exactly as I do in the UK but then I read that I will be charged for picture messages...

No service

No service for 2 days now. I got a new phone old number, transfer all everything from old phone to new phone. Have tried everything to get service but nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated
