Roaming isn’t working!

Hi I’m in U.S. have upgraded to a roaming package and I can’t call anyone! - network is working so I can use internet on the go but no phone calls in or out of the country. It’s a nightmare can anyone help? thanks

Hi, I cannot call out. Every time I try to make a call it cuts off after exactly 7 seconds. So I cannot ring ee for help. Any ideas? @Ee

Hi I have arrived in Morocco for a week with a UK SIM card. Morocco calls are not connecting. Any ideas?
