A week or so ago I read a post from someone saying that they had problems turning off voicemails by sending VM off to 150
I rang tech support who checked with their second line team and they said they are aware of a problem and are working on it.
This problem seems to have been going on weeks and there’s still no fix?
Anyone know anything else?

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into this for you and remove the voicemail manually for you.

If you report this to us on 150, the team can look into why you are unable to remove the voicemail and help get this resolved, so you can text VM OFF and VM ON when needed.

I’ve just spent half an hour on the phone and no they can only manually turn Vm off but I’d need to call every time to turn on and off. They said it’s a known issue and they are working on fixing VM on and Vm off.
S pretty poor that it’s taking this long to fix. It should be a core ability to be able to turn voicemail off and on…
