I made a complete full late payment early this morning (around 2am) and my mobile services are still not active. Im not able to call EE to ask them about it. Should i just buy a new sim? If i do, i will need a completely new number as i cant even text for the PAC code to keep my current number. Please help.

It can potentially take 24hours to restore a phone that's been suspended - if necessary you can contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone. It's perfectly normal for calls, texts & mobile data to all be suspended, that's the idea!

If you buy a new SIM, it will come with a new number and new 18month minimum-term contract.

@Lydiaa1  just so you know, even if you wanted to get the PAC  you can’t if you owe money on your bill.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, as i said, i made the payment in full. It was just late, so currently there is no money owed on my bill

@Lydiaa1 , as @bristolian  has written, it can take up to 24 hours for the suspension to be lifted, no matter what time you make the payment when late, no one works at night, and the transfer has to be seen by the billing team first before they can lift the suspension. Just make sure that you pay your bill on time in future and then you will not get a suspension.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
