Hello,
My EE SIM card has not had any signal at all for a while and the line has been inactive for some time. I am unable to make or receive calls, texts, or use mobile data.
Could you please check if the SIM or line can be reactivated, or let me know what I need to do to get it working again?

Is it on contract or PAYG?
