I have an EE pay monthly plan with a physical SIM.
Now need to convert this to an eSIM to set up my iphone 17.
going round in circles trying to find how to do this. Can anyone help?!

'@DDJ24 , go to settings on the EE App, click on the icon top left and then settings and permission and then manage settings and scroll down to replace my sim/esim and click on it, that should enable you to get the esim, it may send a QR code to activate it, though, not sure as I did not do it that way. I did it whilst setting up the IPhone 16 Pro Max last year, as it asked whether I wanted to use ESIM rather than physical SIM card, and went smoothly for me.

I spoke to one of the guides. She was really helpful and sent a link to download the eSIM and start the activation/ transfer process.
All sorted now 😀
