I sudden;y have no net work no sim???
Read what you have said but how can i call ether number when the phone has no sim no net work??? this is not helpfull??
why cant there be other support PLEASE????

Rather than criticise the responses to a post from 2 years ago, it would be better to just start your own dedicated thread explaining your predicament - it's now been done for you.
There's no requirement for calls to EE-CS to be from your personal mobile, you can call from any working phone - be it a landline or any other mobile. The number is 07953 966150 or 0800 9566000.
Losing network coverage could be a local outage and is easily checked by doing a manual network search. If you're getting an on-screen error message relating to the SIM, that will be different - although SIMs don't tend to just stop working randomly & without some intervention.
