No data or phone service in Denmark

I have been in Denmark for some months. I did have data and was able to make calls, but now I can't! I can only connect to Internet via WiFi. I'd be grateful for any solutions before I cancel my contract.TIA Richard 

Resolved! Roaming Data Speed

I know that data speed on mainland Europe might be slower than at home, when roaming, but a) is there a difference between the daily roam versus the monthly pass? b) does anyone recommend getting an eSIM instead? Thanks.
