Resolved! Modem Delivery

Ordered a 5g modem with unlimited SIM. Received a delivery today via DPD in envelope containing only a Sim card. Do they normally send modems/sims in 2 package or one?

Upgrade went horribly wrong!!!!!!!!! Drag and terror

Being with EE for years and have multiple lines and broadband for the family , few days ago upgraded my sim only to better package. And terror started!Lost function of receiving and sending  txt msgs, it looks like the sim has lost network credential...

Virtually no internet despite unlimited plan

That may have been the solution for you. For our family and business there has been pathetic to no signal in multiple locations. Level one tech support tinkered. Forty hours on support. Sitting here again unable to work with 3 bars of 5 on a business...

Why do I need to call voicemail to listen to them?

Why is it still a thing to physically call voicemail to listen to them?I thought it was an android thing but recently found out on O2 or other providers you can listen to voicemails directly in the calls app.Absolutely archaic and extremely frustrati...

Not Able To Make Phone Calls

Hi,I'm not able to make phone calls. There is a message saying "You reached your credit limit, your services are restricted."I pay monthly bills and I just double checked, I don't have any unpaid bills. Can there be a technical issue?Thanks,Deniz
