problem with calling landline numbers in Poland

problem with connection to landline numbers in Poland. I can't call landline numbers, and they can't call me either. the call is disconnected immediately. I mean calls to Poland

Are you in the UK or abroad? Can you call other Polish numbers? Have you been able to call these Polish landlines previously?

I am in the UK. There was no problem before. Only landlines are unavailable. There must be something with EE because my husband, son and friend have the same problem. From the inner network you can normally call Polish numbers. I called ee support, after 30 minutes of talking and checking they did not solve the problem. I think I will change the network.
