I am in France and I can't call any UK numbers (including UK mobiles in France). I can't call EE on 150, or on their full +44 helpline number - so can't get any help direct from EE. Can you help?

Outside UK. Texts not delivered to recipients

Outside UK in EU. Tried to send texts to contacts comes back with a NOT SENT error message. Switched phone off and on. Selected all carriers manually checked. SMS Center number checked and is OK. Can make calls but not send texts
