I travel to Spain a lot. My first visit last June my phone worked. My second visit in September it didn’t so I called. Whatever ee did they broke it ( tech team said this) they said they can’t fix it until I was in uk
came back to uk, they said they fixed it, back in Spain on the October, it didn’t work, tried numerous times to get though and couldn’t. Then came home called ee again they said there is nothing wrong, gave me an email to contact when I was next on Spain. Emailed, no response, another two weeks with no
phone. Visited a few more times no service. Spoke to someone in June this year. He said there were a few boxes not ticked and all should be ok now. Im
baxk here and still no service. I can’t even see the networks to connect to. I have a new sim, other sims
work on my phone. Please help

Hi. It’s contract. Yes I’ve done the 150 roaming text.
I contacted ee again and hey presto
its fixed.
it’s taken 9 months but I’ve finally got service this
week. Thank you for replying though.

@Joogles are you on contract or PAYG ? If on contract have you text ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK ?
