Hi, I’m in Tenerife and have full signal as well as a roam abroad pass. But cannot call or send a text. When I try to call anyone it tells me this option is not available. Please advise, thank you!

You haven't activated roaming on your account.
Use the number in my signature and call EE on Skype to activate, or use EE live chat via your account.

if you have coverage displayed, this suggests a connection to a local network. Did you receive a welcome text message on your arrival in Spain?
Try manually selecting an alternative network, to eliminate an issue with that specific one.
