Hi can I habe help my roaming isn’t working I’m abroad and I can’t get data I have unlimited I’ve tried text 150 it’s not working can you help me please 🙏

@Summertrevalyan   A call or text to 150 is still a call or text so if you didn’t enable roaming on your account obviously you can not call/text 150.  

You can however use live chat via your online account to chat with customer services.   You’ll have to do this tomorrow now through as customer service are now closed. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
